Misty is a witch from American Horror Story: Coven. For those unfamiliar with the canon, each witch in Coven has particular strengths and weaknesses (eg might be extremely talented at pyrokinesis and show no aptitude for telepathy), though almost all of them have more than one power. Misty's known powers are as follows:

Resurgence - Resurrection of the dead. Not to be mistaken for necromancy - she restores the entire person, mind, body, and soul, simply by the laying of hands. Think Lazarus, not zombies. Along with this comes powers of healing.

Concilium - Mind Control. Canonically, this is extremely powerful magic that is nigh impossible to resist without causing serious injury/death however I am definitely not here to turn anyone's RP into a horror show so this power will absolutely be discussed and parameters set first. Also, she will be aware of others trying to use mind powers on her and will have some resistance to it.

Divination - She can sense where and when a death has occurred, if someone is associated with Death, if someone she is close to is calling for help, the presence of magical abilities/beings, and a magical user's alignment with white versus black magic.

Transmutation - Better known as teleportation so she may just pop up unexpectedly sometimes, especially if you are in danger and need her help!

Telekinesis - Can be used against people.

Potioncraft and Spellcraft - at the moment, more or less irrelevant to other characters as she has not learned many potions or spells yet. The few she has are related to growth and healing. Might be revised in the future.
